SuperFlash Makes a Strong Impression at GAWDA Annual Convention; Brittany Fichter Named 2025 WGW Educational Grant Recipient
Tampa, FL — SuperFlash made a strong impression at the 2025 Gases and Welding Distributors Association (GAWDA) Annual Convention, held October 8–11 in Tampa, Florida.
The company’s booth attracted steady engagement throughout the event, where attendees explored the latest in gas safety and distribution technology while connecting with members of the SuperFlash team.
In addition to the company’s successful showing at the convention, Brittany Fichter, Sales Representative & Marketing Coordinator at SuperFlash, was announced as a recipient of the 2025 GAWDA Women of Gases & Welding (WGW) Educational Grant. The award, presented on behalf of the GAWDA Women of Gases & Welding Committee, supports the professional growth and advancement of women within the gases and welding industries.

The WGW Educational Grant provides funding toward registration and travel expenses for the University of Innovative Distribution (UID) in 2026 — a respected professional development program focused on leadership, management, and operational excellence in industrial distribution. Each year, the WGW Committee selects a small group of recipients who have demonstrated leadership potential, industry engagement, and a commitment to continued learning.
“It was a great experience to attend this year’s GAWDA Annual Convention and connect with so many incredible people in the industry,” said Jon Schultz, President of SuperFlash. "GAWDA brings together such a passionate and forward-thinking community, and we’re proud to see Brittany recognized for her hard work and dedication. Opportunities like the WGW Educational Grant help drive the future of our industry by supporting continued learning and leadership.”
The announcement of the 2025 grant recipients took place during the Annual Convention’s awards presentation, where Fichter was recognized for her ongoing contributions to marketing, education, and industry involvement.
